KS1 Teacher - Little Lever, Bolton

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 1 Teacher to work within a welcoming primary school in the Little Lever area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher to inspire young learners while becoming part of a supportive and collaborative school environment.

The school is seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons, promoting positive behaviour and ensuring every child reaches their full potential. The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced staff team committed to providing an inclusive and nurturing education for all pupils.

This role would suit both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers looking to build their experience in a supportive setting.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons.
Differentiate learning to meet individual pupil needs.
Monitor, assess and record pupil achievement.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.

Essential requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Recent experience within a UK primary school.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
