The Role:
Full class responsibility for Year 2
Deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Strong focus on phonics, reading, writing, and end-of-key-stage expectations
Work collaboratively with a supportive teamWhat We're Looking For:
Secure knowledge of KS1 (particularly Year 2)
Confidence in phonics and early literacy
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
Adaptable, reflective, and a team player
