Sous Chef - live in available

Sous Chef required for our client. Live in is available if required.
The role of Sous Chef will require you:
* To assist and support the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation.
* This is a hands-on role using fresh produce
* You will have good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc.
* You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work.
* This role will require that you work week-ends which are the busiest times.
* You will have previous restaurant food to order chef experience.
* Some function work experience.
The salary for this opportunity of Sous Chef is given as from £35K, negotiable. Live in is available if required.
