Job Title: Data Compliance Officer / Analyst

Location: Croydon - Hybrid working - 2 days office per week (Wednesday compulsory)

Daily rate £187.92 PAYE / £250 UMB Per day

Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension)

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Compliance Officer / Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and analytical skills who enjoys working with large volumes of data and producing accurate reports to support business operations and decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, managing records, producing reports, and supporting compliance and operational teams through effective data analysis and system management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Produce reports, spreadsheets, and management information to support business performance.
Analyse and validate data from multiple sources.
Support the electronic storage, organisation, and retrieval of documents and records.
Monitor and track data submissions, highlighting discrepancies and resolving issues where appropriate.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide data insights and reporting support.
Utilise SharePoint and other business systems to manage information effectively.
Assist with process improvements and contribute to the development of efficient reporting solutions.Essential Requirements

Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, including handling and analysing large volumes of data.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent spreadsheet skills with the ability to manipulate, analyse, and present data clearly.
Experience using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
Good understanding of IT and business systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience working with large databases and management information systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Desirable

Experience producing dashboards and management reports.
Knowledge of compliance, housing, property, or public sector environments.
Experience with reporting tools and databases.
