Powder Coating Operative
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Powder Coating Operative to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing metal components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation.
* Applying powder coatings to a high standard using manual and automated equipment.
* Operating curing ovens and monitoring coating processes.
* Conducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
* Loading and unloading parts safely and efficiently.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
* Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience is preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
