Selexa Life Sciences are delighted to be partnering with a leading global medical device manufacturer in the search for additional Maintenance Engineers.

Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing organisation specialising in the design, manufacture and commercialisation of specialist advanced technologies. With significant investment in cutting-edge automation, robotics and AI-enabled manufacturing, they continue to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes across the global healthcare sector.

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting experienced Maintenance Engineers to join the team on either:

* Double Days (rotating weekly Early & Late shifts)

* Permanent Night Shift

The Opportunity:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining production equipment, facilities and manufacturing operations within a highly regulated medical device environment, ensuring maximum uptime, safety and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

* Carry out planned preventative and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance.

* Ensure site facilities and buildings remain safe, compliant and operational.

* Complete electrical repairs and PAT testing where required.

* Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to minimise downtime and maximise equipment performance.

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

* Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and engineering best practice.

* Support compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 13485, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and relevant regulatory standards.

* Contribute to Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience maintaining electrical and mechanical systems within a manufacturing environment.

* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

* The ability to diagnose, repair and improve manufacturing equipment.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across engineering and production teams.

* The ability to interpret technical documentation and manufacturer instructions.

* A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and reliability.
