What you’ll be doing:
Manage, analyse and utilise Management Information (MI), identifying trends, and implement improvements that enhance conversion rates and support the company’s Statement of Intent (SOI) targets.
Act as a referral point for all Client Services and Probate Consultants, providing guidance, ensuring appropriate training is in place, and monitoring competency to enhance lead conversion, objection handling, and overall effectiveness.
Oversee daily lead management, ensuring that all opportunities are maximised to drive conversion rates and business growth.
Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in how we work.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications are desirable but not essential. We are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:
Experience in a sales environment within the Legal / Professional Services.
Demonstrable experience in people management, including key HR processes such as recruitment, appraisals, capability, conduct, and absence management.
Proven experience in coaching and mentoring, with a strong track record of developing talent.
The type of person you’ll be:
A Strong communicator – clear, empathetic, and confident.
A proactive, solutions-focused individual.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience in probate, legal services, or estate administration.

Our office based at Spectrum House, Bond Street Bristol BS1 3LG / Hybrid – Office Attendance 3 – 4 days per week.
