Produce compliant technical design solutions for architectural design intent
Produce detailed design information across RIBA stages 2 through to 4
Work alongside the project team to ensure projects comply with UK building regulations
Ensure BIM delivery and information management is in line with project standardsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Chartered member or working towards CIAT Chartership
Proven experience delivering complex projects across various sectors
Proficiency with Revit
Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience is desirable
Strong technical detailing skills
