Location: London
Salary: £34-38,000
An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its innovative London studio. Role & Responsibilities
Support the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use developments across a range of scales
Produce coordinated technical drawing packages throughout multiple RIBA work stages
Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations and construction details
Assist with Building Regulations submissions and ensure compliance with current legislation
Coordinate technical information with consultants and wider project teams
Attend site meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
Required Skills & Experience
Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
CIAT membership, or working towards Chartership, would be advantageous
Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit experience considered an advantage
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
