An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a leading facilities management company on a prestigious commercial office site in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) looking to develop their career within a modern commercial building, working alongside an experienced engineering team.
As a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services plant, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant and fully operational.
The Role
* Planned preventative and reactive maintenance
* Electrical fault finding, repairs and compliance inspections
* Maintenance of HVAC plant, lighting, power and building services systems
* Client liaison, project support and participation in the on-call rota
Plant You'll Be Working On
* HV & LV electrical systems, chillers, pumps and generators
* HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs and BMS controls
* General commercial building services plant
Requirements
* 18th Edition
* Electrical maintenance experience within FM or Building Services
* Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of commercial building services
* HVAC experience advantageous
* Full UK Driving Licence
Package
* £38,000 - £42,500 DOE
* £200 per week standby payment (1 in 4)
* Appointed Person payments up to £2,500 per year
* Free parking, ongoing training, career progression and immediate start
