Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years professional looking to join a supportive nursery where your career can flourish?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, child-focused nursery in Beaconsfield seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) to join their friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, curiosity and exploration, while staff are supported with ongoing training, development and genuine career progression.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and their families.
Create engaging activities that promote learning through play.
Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care.
Build positive partnerships with parents and carers.

Requirements

Level 2 (or above) qualification in Early Years is essential.
Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Salary & Benefits

Up to £14.62 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
