Nursery Practitioner – Full Time
Location: Slough (SL2)
Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week, shifts between nursery opening hours)
About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in the Slough area (SL2). This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional who is committed to providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for young children.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn and grow through play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
* Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities
* Create a safe, positive and inclusive environment
* Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Observe, assess and record children’s progress accurately
* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team
About You
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working within an early years or nursery setting
* Passionate about childcare and early years development
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
