We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant (EYFS or Primary) to join a specialist SEN school in Merton in September, supporting pupils with autism in a structured and nurturing environment.

This is a full-time role via an agency, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in children’s early development.

You will be:

• Supporting pupils with autism across EYFS or primary age groups

• Working closely with experienced SEN staff in a structured setting

• Helping children develop communication, routine, and independence

• Contributing to a calm, supportive learning environment

We are looking for someone dedicated, patient, and passionate about working with children with autism. Previous experience in a similar SEN setting is highly desirable.

You will need:

• A fully enhanced Child and Adult DBS

• Full-time availability (5 days a week)

• To be available to start immediately

The school is conveniently located near Morden Station (Northern Line).
