The Role
You'll work closely with pupils who are pre-verbal and require additional support to access learning both inside and outside the classroom. Working alongside teachers and the wider SEND team, you'll provide personalised support that encourages communication, independence and positive development.
Every day will bring new opportunities to make a genuine difference in a child's educational journey. We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
Experience working with pre-verbal or non-verbal pupils is highly desirable.
A patient, nurturing and positive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to build trusting relationships with children, staff and parents.
