Talentmark are recruiting for a Legal Partner to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
£450 - £580 per day PAYE or £595.96 - £768.13 per day Umbrella.
Legal Partner Role:
Give legal advice and support across the UK and Ireland business.
Handle data protection matters, including subject access requests and privacy issues.
Advise teams on clinical trials, including reviewing and negotiating agreements.
Help the business stay compliant with pharmaceutical laws and codes of conduct.
Spot legal risks early and help the business plan around them.Your Background:
Qualified lawyer in England and Wales.
Solid, practical knowledge of UK data protection law (UK GDPR).
Good understanding of UK commercial pharmaceutical law.
Experience working in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of medical device or digital health regulations is a bonus, not a must.Company:
