Customer Service Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our client in TQ10 9GQ as a Customer Service Advisor.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone and email, processing orders, resolving queries and delivering an excellent customer experience across a range of well-known client accounts.

This is a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent.

Benefits and Package for Customer Service Advisor:

Salary: £12.71 Per Hour
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm (working one weekend day each week with a weekday off on a set rota)
Contract: Temporary with potential to become permanent
Location: TQ10 9GQ
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor:

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email
Process orders, enquiries and customer requests accurately and efficiently
Take inbound calls in a friendly, professional and informative manner
Make outbound calls to businesses and consumers when required
Assist customers with product information, order queries and returns processes
Escalate complex issues to the senior customer service team when appropriate
Accurately update customer records and maintain the company database
Complete a range of administrative tasks to support the customer service function
Manage customer accounts from quotation through to payment follow-up
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting a variety of client accounts

Key Skills and Experience of Customer Service Advisor:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
A quality and service-focused attitude
Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable
