Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a friendly and supportive team in Newton Abbot.
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy helping customers and delivering outstanding service. If you're available to start on 22nd July, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a well-established company, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Duties
Provide first-class customer support via email and live chat.
Respond to customer enquiries across social media channels.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Update customer records using internal systems.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, a contact centre, call centre, retail or hospitality.
Excellent written communication skills.
Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.
Availability to start on 22nd July.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week.
9am-5:30pm.
1-hour unpaid lunch.
Monday-to-Friday training for the first two weeks.
Following training, work 5 days out of 7, including one weekend day.
Saturday or Sunday preference can be discussed but cannot be guaranteed.
