The Role

Working closely with clients, contractors and internal teams, you will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive property surveys, producing accurate reports and providing expert recommendations. Key Responsibilities of the Surveyor:
Carry out property inspections and surveys.
Produce accurate survey reports.
Identify defects, maintenance requirements and potential risks.
Provide technical advice and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with current legislation and industry standards.
Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and support project delivery.
Experience of the Surveyor:
Previous experience as a Surveyor within the property or construction sector.
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial buildings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Able to manage your workload effectively.
Competent with Microsoft Office and survey reporting software.
Full UK driving licence.
