We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead the successful delivery of projects valued between £250,000 and £1 million across South Wales, South West England, and the M4 Corridor. In this role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily site operations on water infrastructure and environmental projects.
* Prepare and implement RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
* Plan, manage, and monitor project programmes and schedules.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and company procedures.
* Complete all associated site administration and reporting.
* Procure and manage materials.
* Coordinate, supervise, and manage subcontractors.
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.

* Full UK driving licence
