Site Agent

We’re recruiting a Site Agent for a top tier contractor to deliver highways improvement projects up to £15m in and around Bristol. The role is with a national contractor who have secured repeat business with local authorities, National Highways and private clients in the region – resulting in an increased workload and need to grow the team as they expand their regional office.
Initially you will work with a Project Manager to oversee 2-3 projects at different stages of construction, supporting with new tenders, managing a live project and working with clients to close out legacy projects.

Site Agent responsibilities:
* Writing risk assessments and method statements
* Supporting the engineering team with long-term and short programmes
* Working with the commercial team to manage change and EWN (NEC Contract)
* Overall responsibility of health and safety
* Managing design and quality of the project
* Ensuring the project meets deadlines by managing the programme
