* Preparing high-quality property details and marketing materials
* Managing day-to-day office administration tasks
* Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Arranging property viewings and appointments
* Supporting the sales progression process from offer agreed through to completion
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers to keep transactions moving
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
