Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer

We're supporting a leading global technology consultancy in the search for an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a high-performing digital delivery team.

This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation and improve business processes using Microsoft's low-code technologies.

The Role

You'll be responsible for designing, developing and implementing scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams throughout the project life cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analysing business requirements with stakeholders
• Designing and developing Power Platform solutions
• Building Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate workflows
• Re-engineering and improving business processes using Power Platform best practice
• Participating in peer code reviews and maintaining coding standards
• Working within Agile Scrum teams, contributing to Epics, Features and User Stories
• Promoting development standards, governance and best practice across the team
• Advising when Power Platform is, or isn't, the right technology for a solution

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with:
  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Power Automate
  • Microsoft Dataverse
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities and limitations
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience participating in code reviews and maintaining development standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge

Desirable

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience working within enterprise or consultancy environments
