Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Core Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, framework development, API testing, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building robust automation solutions from scratch and driving quality engineering practices across enterprise applications.
This role requires a proactive individual who can independently automate complex test scenarios, improve testing efficiency, and support continuous delivery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Develop automated test scripts for Web, API, and Back End applications.
- Build automation solutions from scratch using industry best practices.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop API automation using Rest Assured and Postman.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test execution results and identify defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
- Maintain test documentation, automation reports, and testing metrics.
- Continuously improve automation coverage and execution efficiency.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
