Contract type: 32 Hours per week- 6am – 2pm (x4 shifts per week ) & 30 hours Per Week 5pm – 11pm (x5 shifts per week)

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* encouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
* promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect
* completing and maintaining care records.

We value relevant experience and qualifications, but they aren’t essential for this role.
