We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor role on behalf of our client based in Colindale. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking career development within a reputable automotive dealership. The successful individual will join a well-established team committed to delivering high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of up to £31,000 per annum
OTE approximately £40,000 including bonuses and commissions
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with one in four Saturday mornings
Job stability within a reputable dealership

Supportive team environmentDuties of a Service Advisor:
Greeting customers and establishing their vehicle servicing needs
Advising customers on service and repair work required
Writing detailed cost estimates and explaining work carried out
Liaising with workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow
Managing customer follow-up and providing excellent customer service
Accurately updating and maintaining service recordsRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
