We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in North West London. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to elevate their career within a reputable and supportive organisation.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
Potential to earn an OTE of £40,000+ with commissions and incentives
Monday to Friday working schedule from 8am to 6pm
Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Work-life balance fostering team collaborationDuties of a Service advisor:
Greet customers and accurately identify their vehicle service needs in a professional manner
Provide clear and detailed explanations of the required work, preparing precise job cards as a Service advisor
Manage service schedules, coordinating with workshop technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced promptly
Upsell additional services and maintenance work where appropriate, maximising workshop revenue
Maintain excellent customer relations through consistent communication and progress updates
Ensure all service documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely mannerRequirements of a Service advisor:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or equivalent role within the motor trade
Strong customer service skills with a professional approach
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Knowledge of automotive systems and technical terminology is advantageous
Proficiency in CRM systems and administrative duties
Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
