Supply Chain Coordinator | Premium Spirits | Aberlour area
📍 On-site| 💷 Competitive salary + 10% non-contributory pension + benefits | Permanent
I'm working with a fast-growing, family-owned spirits company with award-winning brands in over 30 markets worldwide. They're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to be the operational heartbeat of the distillery-based team.
Your week will roughly look like:
* The bulk of your time on day-to-day logistics: cask movements, dry goods and finished goods across company and third-party sites
* Around a day a week on customer service and export: order fulfilment, shipping instructions, export documentation and distributor queries
* Stock management across third-party warehouses, keeping system stock and physical stock aligned, with weekly inventory reporting
* Routine procurement of dry goods and packaging, managing par levels and raising POs
* A small amount of hands-on warehouse work on site (roughly half a day a week)
What they're looking for:
* Import/export administration experience, OR a strong graduate in Supply Chain/Logistics with solid placement experience - they're open to both
* Someone who thrives in a growing business: adaptable, proactive, happy to build and improve systems rather than follow a set playbook
* Strong Excel; ERP experience a bonus
* FMCG or drinks industry background preferred but not essential
The package:
* Competitive salary and benefits
* 10% non-contributory pension
* Staff product allowance
* Flexibility on start/finish times around a 40-hour week
Interviews moving quickly for this one, online first stage, in-person second. Get in touch
