SEN School – EYFS to KS2
Full Time | Long term
£425- £500 - per week
We are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at our specialist SEN school, supporting pupils with complex needs across EYFS to Key Stage 2.
This is a varied and rewarding role, combining class-based TA support with small group work, working closely with teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, child-centred provision.
The Role:
Supporting pupils with a range of complex special educational needs
Working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
Promoting communication, independence and emotional regulation
Supporting personal care where required
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working in a SEN setting, ideally with complex needs
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Confident covering classes and leading learning
Calm, patient and nurturing approach
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
