The Role
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality refinishing work while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Preparing vehicles and panels ready for the paint process.
·Mixing and colour matching paint to manufacturer specifications.
·Applying primer, basecoat and lacquer to achieve a flawless finish.
·Carrying out polishing, rectification and final quality inspections where required.
·Ensuring all work is completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
·Working closely with Panel Beaters, MET Technicians and the wider workshop team to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
·Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher who takes pride in producing first-class work.

You will ideally have:
·Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development.
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Automotive Paint Refinisher.
·Strong knowledge of modern refinishing techniques and paint systems.
·Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
·The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Bodyshop environment.
·A positive attitude with strong team-working skills.
·A full UK driving licence is preferred.
