The Role
As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality paint repairs and refinishing work, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop to an exceptional standard.
Key responsibilities include:
·Prepare vehicles and panels ready for the paint process.
·Mix and apply paint using manufacturer-approved products and techniques.
·Carry out accurate colour matching to achieve a seamless finish.
·Polish completed repairs and rectify any minor paint defects.
·Work closely with Panel Beaters and MET Technicians to ensure an efficient repair process.
·Complete work within agreed timescales while maintaining exceptional quality.
·Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications and health and safety standards.
·Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
About You
This role would suit an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher who is committed to delivering outstanding workmanship.
You should have:
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician, or Automotive Paint Refinisher.
·Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development.
·Excellent colour matching and paint application skills.
·Knowledge of modern paint systems and refinishing techniques.
·High attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
·The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
·A full UK driving licence.
