Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Full Time | Permanent (35 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to join a respected and progressive legal firm? Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Part Exchange and Plot Sales team within the Commercial Property Department.

Key Responsibilities

Managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
Handling part exchange and plot sales matters for house-builder clients
Liaising with clients, developers, solicitors, and third parties throughout the transaction process
Preparing legal documentation and maintaining accurate case records
Managing workloads effectively while working to deadlines
Supporting the wider Commercial Property team to deliver an efficient service
Utilising case management systems and Microsoft Office to maintain files and correspondence

About You

Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
A proactive and professional approach to client service
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems is desirable
