Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a services organisation in central Harrogate who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Working for an established business and reporting into the payroll manager you will be responsible for several large payrolls.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing business with plans to double in size, there is a huge amount of progression and development opportunity.

Key Duties/Tasks:

End to end payroll
Manual calculations
Communicating payroll legislation
Prepare and submit reports
Produce and distribute payslips
Stakeholder and employee relations
Complex query resolution

Desirable skills and attributes:

Experienced payroll officer/administrator/specialist
Excellent co
mmunicator
Co-ordinating the payroll
Overtime submissions
Vlookups - need strong Excel
High levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
Reports, checking cross referencing
Strong legislation knowledge
