- Strong AWS skills: S3, IAM, VPC, Glue, Kinesis.
- Experience integrating with Databricks Lakehouse (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).
- Understanding of data matching, standardisation, and survivorship concepts.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- IBM MDM or BigMatch certification.
- Databricks certification (Data Engineer/Architect Professional).
- Experience in regulated or public sector environments.
