Location: Tolworth

Hours: 7.00am-3.30pm
Monday to Friday
Our client is looking to hire a trainee welder to join their expanding workshop team.
You'll be getting full training in a trade that has good long-term prospects.
We are looking for someone keen to learn, enjoys practical work, and wants to build a career in welding and metal fabrication.
You don't need any previous welding experience - if you've got the right attitude, they are very happy to teach you everything you need to know.
It's a perfect opportunity to learn a valuable trade from their Head Welder, who joined as a trainee some years ago and worked his way up.
What you'll be doing
Learning different welding techniques from experienced team members.
Helping prepare metal parts ready for welding.
Using workshop tools and equipment safely.
Assisting with making and assembling metal products.
Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
Following health and safety procedures.
Developing your skills every day as part of a friendly team.We're looking for someone who is
Eager to learn and willing to work hard.
Reliable and turns up on time.
Practical and enjoys working with their hands.
Happy working as part of a team.
Positive, motivated, and keen to build a long-term career.No experience? No problem! You'll be provided with full training and support.
