Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our growing team.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Deliver engaging, child-centred learning through play.
Foster children's confidence, independence, and curiosity.
Work collaboratively with teachers and nursery staff.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and support children's developmental progress.The Ideal Candidate Will Have
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
A minimum of 6 months' UK Early Years or classroom experience.
A positive and nurturing approach to supporting young learners.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for helping children thrive during their early education.Requirements
Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
Ability to provide two years of references, including at least one relating to experience working with children.
