The school is committed to providing an inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential, supported by a dedicated leadership team and a collaborative English department.
The school is looking to appoint an English Teacher on either a long-term cover or permanent basis, depending on the successful candidate. The successful English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons, maintaining high classroom standards, supporting student progress and contributing positively to the wider school community.
The successful English Teacher will have:
QTS with an English specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school
Strong classroom management skills
The ability to teach engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive, adaptable and proactive approach
