Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Job Description:

About the role:

We are in search of an experienced administrator to work in our Service Department. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customers. The perfect candidate will work well under pressure and play a vital role keeping our major clients and local customers happy. There will be full support from the team with learning our systems and products we offer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*

Answering phone, taking callouts recording on Software System.

*

Scheduling appointments for our engineers

*

Quoting repairs, obtaining prices for parts, liasing with engineers

*

Contacting customers arranging appointments

*

Entering purchase orders and chasing up suppliers.

*

Helping with Invoicing

*

Computer entry and keeping records up todate

*

Responding to emails as required

*

Other duties as required appropriate to the role

About you:

*

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

*

Strong communication skills as you will be liaising with customers.

*

Excellent numeracy and IT skills

*

Organised, accurate with a very high attention to detail

*

The ability to make decisions whilst working under pressure
