We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a Main Dealership in Walsall. This Technician role comes with a competitive basic salary of £32,000 - £35,000, along with fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Job Role – Vehicle Technician
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Overtime
Location: Walsall
Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
Undertake maintenance, servicing, and repair work on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
Carry out all work efficiently while adhering to manufacturer scheduled times to maintain productivity.
Accurately record diagnostic findings, completed work, and parts used in line with manufacturer and company standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
Liaise professionally and effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
Understand the importance of delivering excellent customer satisfaction and consistently work to achieve high standards.Minimum Technician Requirements:
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
At least 2 years' post-qualification experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or similar environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic ability.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
