Job Title: CNC Turner /Programmer / Setter / Operator Job Description (Night Shift)
Location: Earlswood On-site | Warwickshire
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum D.O.E + Overtime opportunities

About the Role:
Our client is urgently seeking experienced CNC TURNER / Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their growing team on Nights.
As a key supplier to the motorsport industry, they manufacture complex, high-tolerance components using the latest machining technology, including new Doosan Puma CNC turning centres with Fanuc controls.
With both day and night shift opportunities available, and flexible start and finish times, this role offers a great work-life balance and significant overtime earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set, and operate 2/3-axis CNC turning machinery (Doosan Puma) using Fanuc controls. Manufacture high-specification components to exact tolerances for demanding applications.
Interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
Maintain exceptional standards of precision, quality, and cleanliness.
Conduct routine maintenance and assist in efficient machine utilisation.
Work collaboratively to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 2 years' experience operating 2/3-axis CNC turning machinery within a high-precision manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Fanuc controls for both programming and setting.
Skilled in working to tight tolerances across a range of materials.
Strong problem-solving skills with a quality-focused mindset.
Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently.
Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with hand tools and machining processes.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: NIGHT SHIFT
Saturday: Half Day Plenty of overtime available
On offer:
Excellent salary: £42,000 to £45,000 per annum DOE. Regular overtime. Bonus on hours worked basis. Secure, full-time, permanent role. Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art Doosan Puma machinery.
