We’re searching for a Quality Manager for a well-established international business that manufactures construction products.
You'll take full ownership of the quality function, leading quality strategy across the business collaborating with department heads across Operations, Product Development, Manufacturing, Procurement & Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on leadership role.
You'll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, influencing stakeholders across the business, and leading by example.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and deliver the company's quality strategy.
* Drive a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement across the business.
* Act as the senior quality expert, ensuring products, processes and systems meet customer, regulatory and internal standards.
* Lead and influence operational teams to achieve quality excellence.
* Take full ownership of supplier quality across an international supply chain.
* Conduct supplier audits, assessments and ongoing performance reviews.
* Manage supplier non-conformances, root cause investigations and corrective actions.
* Work closely with Purchasing & Supply Chain to improve supplier performance and reduce quality risks.
* Support supplier selection, onboarding and long-term supplier development.
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing.
Candidate Profile
✔️ Proven experience leading Quality within a manufacturing environment.
✔️ Strong supplier quality management experience.
✔️ Experience within construction products, automotive, aerospace or another highly regulated manufacturing sector.
✔️ Excellent knowledge of ISO standards, auditing and compliance.
✔️ Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
✔️ The ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
✔️ A positive, proactive "can-do" attitude.
✔️ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
