Location: Yarnton, Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 p/a
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Job Type: Permanent
Are you an experienced CMM Operator with a passion for precision engineering and high-quality inspection? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, technically advanced environment where your expertise will play a key role in ensuring product accuracy and performance.
As a CMM Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting and operating coordinate measuring machines to inspect complex components, supporting production and engineering teams to maintain the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
Setting and operating CMM equipment
Performing first-off, in-process, and final inspections on components and assemblies
Interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications
Analysing measurement data and producing clear inspection reports
Identifying and reporting non-conformances accuratelyWhat You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a CMM Operator within engineering or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of CMM operations
Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Benefits
