Location: Oxford
Hours: 13:30 – 22:00
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Key Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist:
Set up and operate CNC machinery in line with engineering drawings and specifications
Carry out routine inspections and ensure components meet required quality standards
Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and efficiency
Work to production targets while maintaining attention to detail
Complete relevant documentation and records accurately
Support continuous improvement activities within the production areaRequirements:
Previous experience operating CNC machinery
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBenefits include:
