Domestic Electrical Tester – Social Housing
Location: Lincoln/Grantham
Salary: £41,000 - £48,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting an experienced Domestic Electrical Tester to carry out EICR testing and remedial works within social housing properties across Leicester and Northampton.

Duties:

* EICR testing in occupied and void properties

* Completing remedial electrical works

* Accurate reporting using handheld devices

* Working to current regulations and H&S standards

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation

* 18th Edition

* 2391 or 2394/2395 (or equivalent)

* Previous domestic/social housing experience

* Full UK driving licence
