We are seeking an experienced and motivated Passive Fire Protection Supervisor to join our growing team. Working for a leading contractor, you will supervise passive fire protection projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and education sectors, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise teams carrying out passive fire protection works, including:
Fire stopping
Fire door installation, maintenance, and remedial works
Fire compartmentation
Cavity barriers and fire protection systems
Ensure works comply with current fire safety regulations, specifications, and industry standards.
Carry out site inspections and quality assurance checks.
Plan daily workloads and coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and project teams.
Support training and development of site operatives.
Requirements
Proven experience supervising passive fire protection projects.
Strong knowledge of fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, and relevant legislation.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
CSCS Card (essential).
SSSTS or SMSTS (essential).
Full UK Driving Licence.
FIRAS, BM TRADA, or equivalent industry accreditation experience is desirable.
