Are you a customer-focused professional with a talent for building relationships and spotting sales opportunities?

We're looking for a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing business where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting customers, coordinating repair services, managing spare parts orders, and driving additional revenue through account development and customer retention activities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines customer service, account management, sales support, and business development.

The Role

As the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of customers, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey from enquiry through to order fulfilment and repair completion.

You'll build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and service partners while proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling, cross-selling, and re-engaging lapsed accounts.

No two days are the same, and you'll be at the heart of ensuring customers receive an exceptional service whilst contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Account Management

Manage customer accounts and act as their primary point of contact.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and repair partners.
Resolve customer enquiries and issues quickly and professionally.
Provide updates on repair progress, order status, and service activity.
Deliver outstanding customer service to maximise retention and satisfaction.

Sales & Account Development

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
Proactively contact customers to understand their future requirements.
Re-engage dormant and lapsed customers to generate new business opportunities.
Follow up quotations and enquiries to maximise sales conversions.
Promote repair services, spare parts, warranty solutions, and additional service offerings.
Support account growth and contribute towards revenue targets.

Order Processing & Spare Parts

Process spare parts orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide quotations and pricing information to customers.
Assist customers with identifying and sourcing the correct parts.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and communicate any delays as required.

Repair Coordination

Coordinate printer and equipment repairs through UK and European repair centres.
Manage repairs from booking through to completion.
Liaise with customers regarding quotations, authorisations, purchase orders, and payments.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Maintain accurate repair records and documentation.

Warranty Administration

Process warranty and spare parts claims.
Ensure warranty procedures are followed correctly.
Maintain accurate records and reporting.
Liaise with repair centres and internal teams to resolve claim queries.

About You

We're looking for someone who is both customer-focused and commercially aware.

You'll ideally have:

Experience in customer service, account management, internal sales, sales support, or service coordination.
A proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
Experience identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Experience

Technical support, repairs, manufacturing, electronics, or service-based industries.
Warranty administration or repair coordination.
Working with distributors, service partners, or key accounts.
