Immediate Start
£45k - £52k Annual
Full-Time
Looking for an Air Conditioning role with a local London patch, proper technical training, and a call-out rota that doesn’t take over your life? Then this could be well worth a look.

We’re hiring for an Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a well-established service team covering commercial sites inside the M25.

This is a field-based role built around stability, structure and long-term progression, rather than hammering engineers with endless reactive work. You’ll be kept local wherever possible, backed by an experienced service desk, and given genuine support to develop technically.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial air conditioning systems across client sites inside the M25.

The work will include planned maintenance, reactive repairs, advanced fault-finding and diagnostics across VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits and some CRAC systems.

You’ll be working independently on commercial sites, using digital reporting tools, service checker software and manufacturer diagnostic equipment, while being supported by a proper office and engineering team behind the scenes.

What You’ll Need

Category 1 F-Gas

Strong air conditioning service and maintenance experience

Experience working on VRV/VRF and split systems

Confident fault-finding on commercial sites

Full UK driving licence

Comfortable using digital reporting tools

Able to work independently and professionally with clients

What’s On Offer

£45,000 - £52,000 basic salary

Attendance bonus up to £1,500 per year

Quarterly performance bonuses

Call-out rota around 1 in 20–21 weeks

33 days holiday including bank holidays

15 days sick pay after probation

Company van with fuel card

Private use of van permitted

Tablet, mobile phone, PPE, uniform and expenses covered

Structured training, manufacturer courses and regular appraisals

Long-term progression as your skills develop

What’s Next

If you’re an experienced AC Service Engineer who wants a solid London patch, proper technical backing, and a route to earn more as your skills improve, this is a great opportunity to look at.

Send over your CV - it doesn’t need to be perfect - and we’ll take it from there
