This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to join a friendly and supportive team in a varied role, combining office-based administration with site visits and tenant liaison.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the residential lettings process, including tenant referencing, tenancy agreements and deposits.
* Arrange check-ins, check-outs and pre-tenancy preparations.
* Manage tenant enquiries and build positive relationships.
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and internal teams.
* Carry out property inspections and support rent review programmes.
* Maintain accurate records and update the property database.
* Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and health & safety requirements.
* Liaise with utility providers and other external stakeholders.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience in residential lettings or property management.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Strong communication and customer service abilities.
* The ability to build positive relationships with tenants, contractors and colleagues.
* A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
* Knowledge of property management software is advantageous but not essential.
