Production Planner
Location: Bridgend, South Wales
Salary: Up to £38k plus excellent benefits

We're looking for an experienced Production Planner to join a well-established manufacturing team based in Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional with FMCG experience to play a key role in ensuring efficient production and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a 12-week Master Production Schedule (MPS).
* Produce weekly production schedules that optimise manufacturing efficiency.
* Ensure the timely availability of production materials.
* Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
* Work closely with Production Managers to maintain production flow and drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain planning system accuracy and prepare reports to support the Integrated Business Planning process.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production plans are delivered successfully.
The successful candidate:
* A degree or relevant qualification in Planning, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
* Experience in a Production Planning role within an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential.
* Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
* A proactive, organised, and results-focused approach.
