Admissions & Attendance Officer | Primary School | Ealing
Location: Ealing, West London
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Late August / Early September 2026
Contract: Full-time | Long-term Temporary
Salary: Competitive hourly rate starting at £17 per hour (dependent on experience)
ANZUK Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established primary school in Ealing for an experienced Admissions & Attendance Officer to join their office team from late August/early September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with previous school-based experience and a strong working knowledge of SIMS.
The role will include:
* Managing daily attendance and absence procedures
* Maintaining accurate pupil records using SIMS
* Supporting admissions processes and pupil enrolment
* Liaising with parents regarding attendance and admissions queries
* Producing attendance reports for senior leaders
* Providing general administrative support to the school office
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience working in a school office
* Strong working knowledge of SIMS (essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
