Are you an experienced Engineer looking for your next challenge?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Engineer to join a well-established and growing organisation, covering London and the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team working on a variety of commercial electronic security projects. You'll be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of industry-leading security systems whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

Previous experience installing, servicing and commissioning security systems
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good IT literacy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
Creative approach to problem solving
Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Full UK Driving Licence
Roles & Responsibilities

Install, commission, service and maintain security systems across customer sites.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance works.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current industry standards and company quality procedures.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
Ensure company vehicles are maintained and used in accordance with company guidelines.
Deliver a high standard of customer care on every visit.
Meet agreed service level agreements and customer expectations.
Identify opportunities for additional works or upgrades and pass these to the sales team.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
Work closely with engineers, sales teams and project staff to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Support management with additional projects as required.
Travel throughout London and the South East, with occasional overnight stays where necessary.

As an Engineer, you'll also be expected to:

Be professional, well-presented and customer focused.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be flexible to travel and stay away from home when required.
Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Be proactive, reliable and motivated to succeed.
